  • Give you a personal tour of the office
  • Provide a complete dental exam, with photos
  • Determine whether treatment is necessary
  • The doctor will review your customized treatment plan
  • Our treatment coordinator will discuss financial information, insurance options and coverage as well as personalized payment options.
  • If needed, obtain diagnostic records to further help create a customized treatment plan
  • Any future appointments needed to start treatment will be scheduled

Our team will be glad to answer any questions you may have, and we will provide all the information that you need to determine which treatment is right for you. Please contact our practice to schedule your initial orthodontic examination.

Orthodontic treatment is a process where multiple visits may be needed.  Thus, it is it is important to set up the appointments according to the doctor’s recommendation. This is to ensure appropriate progress is made and your treatment runs efficiently.  Orthodontic adjustments are typically about every four to eight weeks. Our scheduling coordinators will work with you to make sure your appointments are as convenient as possible and to minimize waiting time.

We understand that “life happens”! If you're running late or need to reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible so we can keep you on track to finishing your treatment on time.

It is very important that you continue to visit your family dentist at your recommended scheduled intervals, even during your orthodontic treatment. This will assure that you remain on schedule for teeth cleanings and routine dental checkups. If extra dental care is needed, we will be happy to coordinate with your family dentist to make sure that you are receiving the best care possible.
